This is a discount health care program. Members are obligated to pay all
health care services directly to the health care providers. Colorado Unified
Health does not make any payments directly to the medical services providers
or plan members. This plan provides discounts from providers of healthcare
who provide healthcare or medical services to its members.

Colorado Unified Health is a national provider based in Fort Collins Colorado
with one goal in mind, to reduce our members' out of pocket medical
expenses by offering non-insured Discount Health Plans. Our combined provider
networks allow our members access to over 350,000 healthcare practitioners.
We provide our members access to the healthcare they need Dental, Vision,
Hearing, Prescription Drugs, Physician, and Hospital without the limitations,
health / age exclusions and paperwork associated with insurance plans. Furthermore,
Colorado Unified Health’s benefits include the members entire

How does Colorado Unified Health offer such benefits?
Our discount healthcare program enables members to access similar rates
that healthcare providers charge wholesale customers such as Preferred Provider
Organizations (PPO) or large insurance plans. The difference is that instead
of financing the medical expenses of members by charging high monthly rates,
members agree to pay a discounted fee to the provider directly at the time
of service. Many members choose a discount card to complement their health
insurance program, filling in gaps, such as prescription drug benefits,
dental, physician & hospital or vision care.
